Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lotus Arts Center. We hope you enjoy our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging, with tags, labels, or certificates (if applicable).
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Workshops or class registrations (unless canceled by Lotus Arts Center)
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@lotusartscenter.org.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
