Our mission is to provide a platform for artists to explore, create, and market traditional and contemporary art forms. We support sustainable livelihoods, preserve cultural artistry for future generations, and foster a creative community where everyone—regardless of age, skill, or background—can belong and thrive.
Our Vision
By 2035, Lotus Arts Center envisions:
A Thriving Artistic Ecosystem: Expanding our reach to support hundreds of artists across Minnesota, fostering both traditional and contemporary practices.
Cultural Preservation: Ensuring that South Asian and global art forms continue to be celebrated, taught, and experienced by future generations.
Economic Empowerment: Enabling artists to turn their creativity into sustainable livelihoods, strengthening local economies and creative entrepreneurship.
Community Enrichment: Building an inclusive environment where everyone—regardless of background—can access, learn, and participate in the arts.
